Kans and Kandy Charitable Trust Supports Roald Dahl Nurses in the North East

The Kans and Kandy Charitable Trust is proud to support the incredible work of the Roald Dahl charity, which provides specialist nurses and vital support for seriously ill children across the UK.

Here in the North East, nine Roald Dahl Nurses care for over 2,000 children living with complex, lifelong conditions. These dedicated professionals not only deliver essential medical care but also help improve the quality of life for the children and provide invaluable guidance and support to their families.

To help enhance the comfort and care of these young patients, the Trust made a donation of £5,000 towards the purchase of P-Pod specialist chairs — designed to provide better support and comfort for seriously ill children in the region.

We are honoured to contribute to this important cause and to help make a difference in the lives of children and families facing such difficult challenges.
