Kans and Kandy Group, founded in 2000, operates three distinct divisions, each with a set of values steeped in the mission of our B Corp Certification.
We are leaders in the health & beauty discount and residual stock sector through our core operating business Kans and Kandy Wholesale. We are a trusted supply chain partner to the world’s largest FMCG brands, working ethically and responsibly to provide sustainable solutions for obsolete stock.
Our growing property division, Kans and Kandy Property, owns a diverse portfolio of land and properties. We are particularly proud of our focus on working with tenants who are leading the way in eco and environmental projects, including the creation of sustainable energy and high-volume plastic recycling.

We have a strong portfolio in excess of 1.75M square feet with tenants including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, the NHS and Biffa, together with an ambitious development programme of investment opportunities.
OUR CHARITABLE TRUST
Supporting projects globally that are important to our values. We give 10% of our net profits annually to the trust. We try to make a difference to the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves.

We are one of the largest residual stock distributors in Europe, managing residual stock for the world’s largest FMCG manufacturers specialising in colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare and toiletries. We have been trusted for over 20 years, by the owners of some of the biggest brands in the world, to provide a full supply chain solution.
Our carefully curated network allows us to sell globally to over 1,600 independent retail customers.
OUR PROVEN PROCESS
We understand the importance of the values, integrity and status of the brands we work with and are as committed as the brand owners to safeguarding them. Our processes and assured systems work seamlessly for both our suppliers and customers.
We have a strategy of both purchase and developing to build a strong UK based portfolio with a focus on land as well as commercial, industrial, retail and residential property. Location choices have a particular emphasis around our base in the North-East of England and we have an ambitious development programme of investment.

WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We set up the Kans and Kandy Charitable Trust in 2008. It receives 10% of our net profits each year and in partnership with some amazing organisations and individuals we are able to affect real change to those in need.
