Children in Crisis wrote to the Kans and Kandy (Wholesale) Charitable Trust to inform us of a project that they wanted to start in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

There is a need for improvements to the education resources for the children and communities on the plateau, with such a devastating history and a distinct lack of state assistance, Children in Crisis asked the Kans and Kandy (Wholesale) Charitable Trust if they would commit to a grant to help them build the children a school.

Over the next 3 years a grant has been donated of £30,000, which will help Children in Crisis to build a school for the local children so that they can start to enjoy education.
